Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items securely in their packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your Fred Meyer Rewards points or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
